Description

Our Client is one of the largest Investment Management firms in the world. They are looking to add an Associate to their Investor Relations team to support their Real Estate business. The firms Real Estate business was formed over 20 years ago, it includes Hotels, Offices, Retail, Industrial and Residential properties worldwide. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in getting involved in Capital Raising and Investor Relations for Real Estate.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain presentation materials
  • Conduct macro/micro research
  • Prepare quarterly letters and investment memorandums for investors
  • Complete due diligence questionnaires and prepare responses to miscellaneous investor inquiries
  • Contribute to ad hoc business development initiatives and strategic projects
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of assignments
  • Have superior communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write effectively
  • Candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and a team-oriented individual who thrives on being in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Integrity, motivation and intellectual curiosity
  • Strong proficiency in Power Point

Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $180,000
