Evan is the Managing Director of Long Ridge Legal. He has made dozens of associate, counsel and partner placements with top-tier international, national, and specialty law firms across a broad range of practice areas including Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities, Investment Management, FinTech, Banking & Finance, Restructuring, Real Estate, Tax, Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits, and Litigation. Evan also handles in-house roles for private equity, alternative asset management and financial services companies.
Evan is a Partner and Head of Long Ridge Legal. He has made a significant number of Associate, Counsel and Partner placements with top-tier international, national, and specialty law firms across a broad range of practice areas including Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities, Investment Management, FinTech, Banking & Finance, Restructuring, Real Estate, Tax, Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits, and Litigation. Evan also handles in-house roles for Alternative Investment Managers.
Evan’s prior experience as a practicing attorney allows him to understand and empathize with a lawyer’s motivations. He takes pride in his diligent, thorough and up-front approach to recruiting, always keeping candidates informed as he leads his candidates through the entire hiring process. Evan’s ability to identify inefficiencies in the market has enabled him to assist candidate’s transition into Big Law from government, in-house, and other non-traditional legal roles.
Evan received his BS from Rutgers University and his JD from Brooklyn Law School.
Alan is a Director in the Legal Division at Long Ridge Partners. He makes Associate, Counsel and Partner placements with top AmLaw, midsize, and boutique firms across the United States in practice areas including Corporate & Capital Markets, M&A, Private Equity, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Real Estate, Litigation, IP Litigation & Prosecution, Tax, Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Education, and Labor & Employment. Previously, Alan was a Senior Legal Search Consultant at Audrey Golden Associates. With the help of his legal training, Alan works efficiently with both law firms and candidates to provide mutually beneficial placements for all parties. Working with Associates, Counsel and Partners, he has assisted in placing candidates from diverse backgrounds all around the country.
Alan has a B.A. from Stony Brook University and a JD from Western New England University.
