Ali is a Managing Director focused on covering mid-sized Alternative Investment Managers. She specializes in the recruitment and placement of Investment Analysts, Portfolio Managers, Investor Relations and Business Development professionals across investment disciplines. Ali’s approach to recruitment is a holistic one; she is an astute listener with an excellent grasp of both the tangible and intangible aspects of a search. She is an Analyst both at heart and by training and leaves no stone unturned for her clients and candidates. Prior to entering the recruiting world in 2016, Ali worked within the financial services industry for over a decade. Her experience spans Investment Banking / Advisory, Fund Derivatives and Merchant Banking. Ali is a trained Chef and has worked in restaurants across Italy.

Ali graduated summa cum laude from NYU Stern with a BS in Finance and Economics.
