Kylie Mathis

Senior Associate, LRPIT

Kylie is a Senior Associate on the LEPIT team. She specializes in recruiting and placing Technology professionals for Hedge Fund, Private Equity and Fintech clients. Prior to Long Ridge, Kylie began her career in 2018 with a search firm where she was responsible for full life cycle recruiting within the Construction, Engineering and manufacturing industries.

She grew up in Connecticut and enjoys traveling, boating and time on the beach with her dog.

Kylie graduated with a BA in Business and Communications from Fairfield University.
