JP is a Senior Associate at Long Ridge where he specializes in recruiting both sell-side and buy-side professionals for investment analyst positions across the investment management industry.

JP was born and raised in Westchester, NY, where he spent his summers working as a caddy and studying the game of golf. With an Index lower than his GPA, he is clearly Long Ridge’s best golfer and is constantly being harassed by his colleagues for tips. As good of a golfer he is, JP is even a better Recruiter.

JP graduated from Providence College with a BS in Marketing and a minor in Finance.
