Andrew West

Director

Andrew is a Director with Long Ridge Partners. He comes to us with 13 plus years of recruiting experience in both in-house and agency environments. He specializes in the recruitment of Fundamental Equity Investment Professionals and is a member of our Hedge Fund practice.

Prior to joining Long Ridge Partners, Andrew worked on the Business Development team at AB Arya Partners, a multi-manager fund at AllianceBernstein focusing on global equity long/short, where he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating Portfolio Managers and Analysts for investment roles. Prior to AB Arya Partners, Andrew was part of the broader Talent Acquisition Team at AllianceBernstein where he was responsible for both front-office and back-office recruiting.

Growing up as an Army brat, Andrew was born in Berlin, Germany and moved throughout the US to include New York, Alabama, Hawaii, Georgia, and Tennessee. When not working, he enjoys cooking and entertaining for his family and friends.

Andrew graduated with a BA in Psychology and Minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
