Allison specializes in recruiting junior, mid and senior level Investor Relations and Marketing professionals at Long Ridge Partners. Prior to this, she was a Legal Recruiter and launched Brook Bound, a Legal and Administrative professional services practice at Long Ridge. Allison took an indirect career path to recruiting and she’s never looked back. She credits her success as a Recruiter to developing genuine relationships with her candidates.

Allison graduated with a BA in English and Global Studies from SUNY Binghamton.
