Investor Relations/Client Service Manager

L/S Equity hedge fund with a successful track record is seeking a mid-level investor relations professional.


  • Interact with clients via phone and email responding to information requests
  • Update and create investor presentations, marketing materials and investor reporting
  • Complete all questionnaires, RFPs and due diligence requests from investors and prospects
  • Maintain and administer client database to catalogue clients and correspondence
  • Coordinate and manage relationship with external fund administrator (investor capital flows, diligence questionnaires, monthly reporting)
  • Track capital flows weekly and monthly, including tracking beneficial ownership and establishing underlying holders by creating and maintaining relationships with banks
  • Coordinate monthly and annual reporting including distribution of monthly reports, weekly and monthly performance updates, K1 statements, annual financial statements
  • Maintain and develop internal and external websites
  • Organize and facilitate client events, including broad reaches to prospects
  • Prospect screening and targeting using market resources and various databases
  • Special projects and Ad Hoc requests
