Analyst Management & Development

Large NYC-based Asset Manager is looking for someone in a Non-investment role. The role will be part of the management/development team and focus on training junior investment professionals for positions on portfolio teams. The firm seeks a senior buy-side analyst with experience at a Hedge Fund or Long Only Fund (plus PE/Banking, etc.) who is now looking to move away from day to day investing while remaining at an asset manager.

This person will join a rapidly growing platform that has been built to teach younger investment analysts how to research investments, gain conviction in ideas, present ideas to PMs, etc.

Base Salary Range: $150,000 – $225,000
